In the social sphere, people who do not have healthy teeth may have low self-esteem, leading people to have difficulties relating to other people.

And, from a personal point of view, having unhealthy teeth can make chewing difficult.

Consequently, they may have more difficulty chewing food correctly.

With this, the project aims to improve and support the dental health citizens so that everyone can achieve better health.

In addition to offering treatment to people who need it, the Smiling Brazil Project also works in preventive education of dental care in schools.

Did you know that on average 55,6% of Brazilians do not have access to dentists annually?

This data is quite worrying, taking into account that dentists recommend that there is an appointment every six months so that the teeth can be examined and treated in a preventive way.

The project expands access to treatments free of charge through the SUS in mobile units, in specialized centers, hospitals, health centers and schools.
